The first qualifying session for Sprint Race 1 at Balaton Park was won by Polish driver Przemysław Bieńkowski in the black PTT Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3.
Second overall was Roman Roubíček in a Praga R1. Third fastest, and best in the GTC class, was Bob Bau in a Porsche 911 for Motorsportzentrum Ried. Just behind him came local driver Benedek Major in the GFS Racing Lotus Exige.
The quickest in the GT4 class was Matyáš Faiereisl in the Šenkýř Motorsport BMW M4 GT4, beating Petr Koukola in Janík Motorsport’s Aston Martin by 0.342 seconds. Behind them will line up the LEMA Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4, driven by Iztok Armič.
Eighth overall was local driver Kálmán Bódis in a Porsche 911.
