The race weekend at the Lausitzring for another round of the GT Cup Series began with today’s qualifying session for the endurance race. The fastest crew in the entire starting field were Max Hesse and Antal Zsigo from the Racing Trevor team, driving a BMW M4 GT3.
The third endurance race of the 2025 season will take place today at 15:40, with the front row consisting of the BMW M4 GT3 and the KTM X-BOW GTX, driven by Marius Aigner and Reinhard Kofler.
The second row is occupied by P9 Challenge driver Thomas Westrap and Gregor Zsigo in a BMW M6 GT4. Lining up behind them is another KTM X-BOW GTX, crewed by Max Grip and Jack Russel, alongside the top car from the GTC class — a Lamborghini Super Trofeo driven by Josef Záruba and Jakub Knoll.
The fourth row features the distinctive Praga R1T, driven by Roubíček and Martin, starting alongside Bob Bau in a Porsche 911. The best times in the GT4 class came from Buggyra ZM Racing, with both of its Mercedes-AMG GT4 cars — crewed by Lacko–Nedoma and Koloc–Mikeš. Václav Janík finished third in the class with his Aston Martin GT4.
